Calling all the participants including parents who will accompany their child to the different international mathematics competitions in CHINA are required to FILL-UP THE CHINA VISA FORM and submit it to DR. EDUARDO DELA CRUZ at ARELLANO UNIVERSITY, Legarda on or before June 22, 200. Please include also the original passport of the individual concerned and see to it that the signature in the passport and in the China VISA application form must be the same.

Submit also three (3) pcs. of 2 x 2 colored pictures, with white background. Be sure to wear polo shirt or dress with collar when taking the picture. No t-shirts are allowed.

Based on our past experience, after having processed the VISA and paid the fee, the participant concerned suddenly backed out and did not want to pay the processing fee. Hence, the MTG in return paid the fee since the China Embassy did not refund the processing fee for the VISA application.
