ATTENTION: PAST AND PRESENT MTG KIDS

Greetings!

This coming October, the Mathematics Trainers' Guild Philippines will be celebrating its 15th anniversary. The MTG has prepared several activities to celebrate the event, including the MTG 15th Anniversary Grand Gala and Recognition Night on October 23, 2010 at the Royale Tagaytay Country Club in Alfonso, Cavite.
 
The Grand Gala and Recognition Night will have a souvenir program that will contain photos and articles about the MTG's training programs, international competitions, and other activities throughout its rich 15-year history.  It will also include a special section dedicated to MTG alumni like you.  In line with this, we are currently gathering information about the current activities (work, school) of our alumni.  We would greatly appreciate it if you could reply to this email (MTGPhil15@gmail.com ) and provide us with the following information:
 
FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS
  1. Your complete name
  2. College you are currently in
 
FOR COLLEGE GRADUATES
  1. Your complete name
  2. College you graduated from and year of graduation (please indicate any honors received during graduation)
  3. Additional educational attainment (master's degree etc., please indicate the school, year of graduation, whether you've graduated or are currently taking units) 
  4. Current line of work and company
 
FOR PAST AND CURRENT STUDENTS 
  1. we would also greatly appreciate it if you could send us any photos of previous MTG activities that you took part in.  Please indicate the name of the event and the date in which the photos were taken.
