COME AND BE A PART AS HISTORY UNFOLD IN THE FIELD OF MATHEMATICS!

Kudos to the qualifiers to the Philippine Elementary Mathematics International Contest (PEMIC) 2005 and Asia Inter-Cities Teenagers Mathematics Olympiad (AITMO) 2005 to be held at Tagbilran City, Bohol province on May 23-28, 2005.

Henceforth, we extend our congratulations to the MTG kids who successfully passed the Mathematics Summer Olympiad Training Program (MOSTP) 2005 and will represent the Philippines in the forthcoming international contests.

Since the synchronized competitions will happen in few days time, the MTG office may not be sending out any information to the individual concerned regarding the guidelines and significant details of the contests. All the official and important announcements regarding the PEMIC and AITMO 2005 will be posted at the official website of the MTG that is www.mtgphil.org. A congratulatory letter will also be endorsed to the respective school to formally and officially inform the names of MTG trainees listed below are qualifiers and official Philippines delegations to the PEMIC and AITMO 2005.

Official qualifiers or alternate MTG Kids who will not be part of the PEMIC and AITMO 2005 will be assigned in other international contests which are the Po Leung Kuk Primary Mathematics World Contest to be held in Hong Kong on July 16 to 21, 2005, the China Primary Level Mathematics Olympiad" on 11th to 14th August and the "Third International Mathematics and Science Olympiad in Jakarta, Indonesia on November 2005. For the high school level the Invitational World Youth Inter-Cities Math Olympaid on August 1-6, 2005 , the China Junior Math Olympaid on August 8 to 11, 2005 and the World Puzzle Championship in Hungary on October 2005. Alternate participatns will only be qualified to join the international contests if they showed exemplary performances during the MOSTP 2005.
