The MTG Philippines through the Committee on Training and Development has finally revealed names of participants to represent the country in the China Girls' Mathematics Olympiad (CGMO) in China on August 10 - 14, 2013.

Founded in 2002, the CGMO, a math competition with a based-proof format similar to the International Mathematical Olympiad began as a regional competition for teams of female students from China and other eastern Asian countries. It was later expanded to invite teams from more countries, including the United States, Canada, South Africa, United Kingdom, and Australia among the invitees.

From over a hundred female MTG trainees, four names stand out to compete with the world's best in mathematics, they are: 

The four math aces are requested to make their confirmation of participation through this email address, mtg.cgmo2013@yahoo.com with this subject header, "Yes to CGMO".

Once confirmation is made, additional requirements will be send to you thru email including the registration form. Please comply the soonest possible time.

Deadline for confirmation should be on May 24, 2013 before 6:00 P.M. since the training starts on Saturday(May 25). Please do the confirmation on the email once only and not many times. 

Failure to give the affirmation on the said date would mean that the participant is backing out from the Philippine Team.  Thus, MTG reserves the right to award the vacant slot(s) to other qualified participants.
