48 MATH WIZARDS JOIN THE CFM2015

The Mathematics Trainers’ Guild (MTG), Philippines has completed the screening and selection process for the possible participants who will compete in the Challenge for the Future Mathematicians (CFM) which will be held at the Manila Grand Opera Hotel in Sta. Cruz, Manila on October 26 – 29, 2015.
The MTG Philippines tasked to take charge of the technical aspect of the CFM will send sixteen participants for each of the following divisions, middle primary, upper primary and junior high school.
The CFM 2015, a project of the Philippine Board of Studies Foundation (PBOSF) Inc. is composed of two parts, the Individual Written Contest where participants are expected to answer 20 problem solving questions and 5 exploration problems; and the Team Activity Contest where they will solve recreational/puzzle problems.
All members of the Philippine team shall be billeted at the Manila Grand Opera Hotel since the CFM activities will continue even after dinner.
Parents or accompanying persons who want to stay in the same hotel with their children must inform PBOSF, the CFM Local Organizing Committee for the arrangement of room reservation.
