Six Filipino math wizards will set foot on Romania to compete in the 20th Junior Balkan Mathematical Olympiad (JBMO-2016) which is scheduled on June 24 – 29, 2016 in the City of Slatina, west of Bucharest.

The line-up composed of some of the finest young mathematicians of their level will be the first group to leave the country for a math contest slated this year.

The JBMO-2016 is organized by the Romanian Mathematical Society under the auspices of the Romanian Ministry of National Education and Scientific Research.

The prospective participants must send their confirmation of participation (indicating among others the name and passport details) not later than Friday, May 27, 2016 with the subject header, JBMO 2016 to this email address, renarderic.chua@yahoo.com.

The person-in-charge after receiving your confirmation will send the registration form and other initial requirements for compliance. Here are the names of the Filipino participants joining the JBMO.
