THREE MATH WIZARDS PERFECT THE CSIMC

Three students from the Philippines got two thumbs up for achieving a perfect score in the 2018 Canadian Senior and Intermediate Mathematics Contest run by the Center of Education in Mathematics and Computing (CEMC) of the University of Waterloo in Canada.
Bringing the house down for their faultless performance in the Canadian Intermediate Mathematics Contest (CIMC) and for obtaining a score above a certain threshold are Immanuel Balete, Grade 10, from St. Stephen’s High school and Steven Reyes, Grade 10, from St. Jude Catholic School.
In addition, Andres Rico Gonzales, grade 11, from De La Salle Integrated School unleashed his number prowess that made him achieve an impeccable mark in the Canadian Senior Mathematics Contest.
The CEMC through the MTG Philippines will confer upon Balete, Reyes, and Gonzales a medal each at 2:OO PM on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Grace Christian College.
Furthermore, there are sixteen Filipino math aces whose remarkable performance made them recipients of distinction certificates which will be distributed to them through their respective center coordinator. They are:
