Greetings!

We would like to inform everybody that Dr. Simon L. Chua, president of the MTG was recently adjudged by
the World Federation of National Mathematics Competition (WFNMC) as winner of the PAUL ERDOS AWARD
for 2006.

There are only three (3) mathematics educators from different parts of the world who are recipients of
such prestigious award and Dr. Simon Chua is the only Filipino who is now among the list of PAUL ERDOS
Awardees.
