Please be informed that there will be an orientation on Saturday, July 12, 2008 for the all the elementary and high school participants of the IMC Singapore at the Arellano University, Legarda.

The orientation will be done in 2 groups. The elementary level participants will have their orientation at 9:00 o'clock in the morning while the high school participants will have their orientation at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon. 

We would like also to request all the delegations to the IMC Singapore contest to fax (02 536 1665) and send the original deposit slips to Asia Pacific Travel on or before July 10, 2008. This will help us verify whether the partcipants made their FULL payment for the total travel expenses before the travel documents will be released on Saturday.

Likewise, the DSWD documents should also endorse to Asia Pacific for those participants who are traveling without their parents.

Furthermore, the training continues for all the participants of the IMC-Singapore, Hua Bei Sai, China Primary Math Olympiad, China Junior High School Math Olympiad, China South East Math Olympiad, and China for Girls Math Olympiad for participants in Metro Manila only. The training starts from 9:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M.
