The long wait is almost over. Sooner or later, the MTG teacher-members who paid their membership fees during the 2008 National Convention for Mathematics Teachers in Bohol, the MTG-SHARP Symposium and the one who directly made the payment to Mrs. Myrna Agtarap will finally have their MTG ID. In order to facilitate the release of your MTG ID, we need the following updated information:

1. 2x2 ID picture with white background at 300 dpi (actual size);

2. your complete name;

3. Residence Address;

4. Name of School and Address;

5. Contact number and

6. email address.
