It's a Go, Go, Go for the National Finals of the 3^rd Philippine Sudoku Super Challenge scheduled to take place on Saturday January 31, 2009 at SM North in Quezon City.

If all the finalists will make their confirmation, then a total of 105 Sudoku puzzlers from the three categories, Sudoku Whiz Kids, Sudoku Wizards and Sudoku Grand Master will finally meet face to face for the titles, prizes and the privilege to represent the Philippines in different international Sudoku Challenges. At present, close to 100 finalists have thrown their hats into the competition arena, affirming their willingness to take the challenge of fellow regional winners.

All national finalists from the selected provinces who made their confirmation to participate the final round of the 3^rd Philippine Sudoku Super Challenge will be billeted at Kabayan Hotel in Pasay City. Coaches and companions will have to pay their own hotel accommodation and meals.

Please be reminded of the following guidelines for your convenience and advantage:

1. Keep abreast of the introduction of additional Sudoku puzzles in Business Mirror which are likely to be used in the national finals. Watch for +/- 1Sudoku, Rhombus Sudoku, Hula-Hoop Sudoku, Maxi Turnover Sudoku and 3D Sudoku. Such types of puzzles will be featured daily on the Business Mirror Newspaper.
2. Bring your school/office ID for easy identification.
3. Be at the contest venue an hour before the registration which starts at 9 AM.
4. Provincial participants are reminded that check-in time is at Kabayan Hotel will be at 2pm of January 30, 2009 and check-out time will be at 12 noon of February 1, 2009.
5. Always find time to visit the MTG website for further announcement and information especially on the exact location of the contest at the SM North.

In line with the biggest event on January 31, 2008, the organizers have prepared another exciting activity dubbed as MTG-BM-SM Inter-School Sudoku Relay Team Competition to thrill and excite spectators witnessing the national finals.

Furthermore, a preliminary activity to promote Sudoku is conceived. It is called the Celebrity Sudoku Exhibition which will be participated in by personalities in different fields of endeavors. The Celebrity Sudoku Exhibition shall be held in the following SM Malls and Dates:
